For Specialty Cakes and Cupcakes we required full payment.
For Custom Design Cakes and Cupcakes ,we required 50% deposit, NON- REFUNDABLE to secure the date of your order.
Full Payment is due the day of pick up or delivery.
CANCELLATIONS for Custom Design Cakes and Cupcakes must be made 48 hours after placing your order to receive 50%refund.
Orders made 1 week or 2 days in advance will not be refundable.

We only use fresh ingredients including eggs, milk  and nuts.

Be advised, we are not a dairy, gluten or nut free bakery.

For Custom Made Cakes and cupcakes kindly have the following details:
*Date of Event
*Number of servings
*Type of Occasion
*Idea or Design (photos).Our designers team will try to interpret your ideas onto cake. Please note may be discrepancies. We will try our best to match the colors and design. We prefer do not replicate other designers work.
*We mostly use fondant ,gum paste and rice krispies .They are edible. However some of our pieces may use other media(dowels, toothpicks, styrofoam,etc) to achieved the requested design.
Note: We only accept changes on your order one week prior to the event. Extra charges may be applied.

Cakes by Kitty offers delivery.
We are not responsible or liable for any damage to the cake or cupcakes you ordered, once they leave our shop. Any changes made after pick up may be done for an extra charge.
